Estrellart is a brand that represents exactly what the artist hope her art would bring - a little light amidst darkness. Estrella as translated in English “Star” and Art. Putting them together became Estrellart, but also “Start.” It has become a means for her to start somewhere when she didn’t know how, a little reminder that despite the times everyone live in, people can never stop creating good and bring about the happy in small little things. 1. What is a GO?
GO means Group Order wherein sellers post order forms for a specific product or product line that have DOOs and DOPs so people could order by batch.
2. What are DOOs & DOPs?
DOO stands for Deadline of Orders which means people could only order up until the given deadline. On the other hand, DOP stands for Deadline of Payment which means people could only pay for their orders up until the given deadline.
3. Do you allow Combined Shipping?
Yes, but only up to 3 Group Orders. Opting for combined shipping also means that you’ll have to be patient enough to wait for all the items you ordered in separate GOs with different ETAs.
4. What is ETA?
ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival which means items might arrive on the given date stated by the seller. Take note that it is only an estimate. There will be times where items could arrive at an earlier or later date due to some circumstances.
5. What is an on-hand item?
on-hand items are usually extras from a GO. These items are posted on Shopee.
6. What is a pre-ordered item?
pre-ordered items are usually new products that are not made readily available for purchase whenever. These items are usually mugs, shirts, etc. These are the items that are ordered in GOs.
7. Do you allow reservation of items?
Sorry but NO. If on-hand items are already posted on Shopee, They are no longer available for reservations even if you still have pending orders in one of the GOs.
8. Do you allow requests of product specifications?
Sorry but NO. Changing of laminations, sizes, dimensions, etc. are not allowed.
9. What are your modes of payment?

10. What are your modes of delivery?
Gogo xpress, shopee checkout, JRS, and same day delivery via sdd apps such as lalamove, grab, mr. speedy, etc. within Metro Manila.
